("CTI" or the "Company") (TSXV: TIE) is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 840,000 restricted share units (the "RSUs") to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's fixed restricted share unit plan dated for reference July 1, 2019, as amended on April 24, 2020 and as further amended on August 18, 2022 (the "Plan"). The Plan was approved by the shareholders of the Company on September 23, 2022. The RSUs shall vest on May 25, 2024. The RSUs are subject to the terms of the Plan and applicable securities law hold periods. ABOUT COLOURED TIES CAPITAL INC.
