COLOURED TIES ANNOUNCES RSU GRANTS

Coloured Ties Capital Inc. has granted an aggregate of 840,000 restricted share units to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company pursuant to the company's fixed restricted share unit plan dated for reference July 1, 2019, as amended on April 24, 2020, and as further amended on Aug. 18, 2022. The plan was approved by the shareholders of the company on Sept. 23, 2022. The RSUs shall vest on May 25, 2024. The RSUs are subject to the terms of the plan and applicable securities law hold periods.
