TITAN ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
All matters presented for approval at Titan Mining Corp.'s annual meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2026, as more particularly set out in the company's management information circular dated May 12, 2026, have been approved. These matters included:
- Setting the number of directors of the company at seven;
- Electing each of the company's seven nominees as a director of the company;
- Reappointing Ernst & Young LLP, chartered professional accountants, as auditor of the company for the ensuing year and authorizing the board of directors to fix its remuneration.
