(TSX-V:THP) is pleased to announce that at its annual & special general meeting held earlier today, John Brydle, James Boyce, Vincent Teo and Frank Garofalo were re-elected as directors. Mr. Brydle is continuing as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Boyce is Chief Financial Officer. Shareholders re-appointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the Company's auditor and re-approved the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.
