Mr. John Brydle reports

At Totally Hip Technologies Inc.'s annual and special general meeting held on Nov. 27, 2025, John Brydle, James Boyce, Vincent Teo and Frank Garofalo were re-elected as directors. Mr. Brydle is continuing as the company's president and chief executive officer. Mr. Boyce is chief financial officer. Shareholders approved the reappointment of Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
