Mr. John Brydle reports

At Totally Hip Technologies Inc.'s annual and special general meeting held earlier on April 16, 2024, John Brydle, James Boyce, Vincent Teo and Frank Garofalo were re-elected as directors. Mr. Brydle is continuing as the company's president and chief executive officer. Mr. Boyce is chief financial officer. Shareholders reappointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
