THINK RESEARCH ANNOUNCES GRANT OF EQUITY COMPENSATION

On Nov. 30, 2023, Think Research Corp. granted 300,000 restricted share units to a certain officer of the company pursuant to the company's omnibus equity incentive plan. Half of the RSUs will vest on Nov. 30, 2024, and the balance will vest on Nov. 30, 2025.
