THC BIOMED INTL LTD. SELLS TWO STRATA UNITS IN KELOWNA, B.C.

THC BioMed Intl Ltd. completed the sale of two of its strata units at its Acland Road location in Kelowna, B.C., on June 4, 2025.

The total purchase price for both units was $700,000. A total of $26,250 was paid out in real estate commissions. The company expects to use the remainder of the proceeds to pay for other expenses of the transaction, the mortgage payout, CRA, other creditors and general working capital.

The buyer is an arm's-length party.

The issuer has leased these units, which contain a total of 3,697 square feet of rentable space, back from the buyer to continue its business operations therein. The leases are for a period of 24 months. Rent for each unit is $2,500 per month, with additional rent of $4.97 per square foot of rentable space for payment of the proportionate share of operating costs. Rent in the second 12 months will increase by 7 per cent. After that, the landlord is to set a new rent in his discretion. There is a three-month notice period for termination. All amounts are subject to GST and PST, as applicable. The issuer is required to take out commercial renter's insurance on the units and pay utilities.
