THC BIOMED INTL LTD. CLOSES SALES OF STRATA UNITS

THC Biomed Intl Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary, THC Bio Med Ltd. Inc., has entered into agreements to sell two strata units in the subsidiary's building located at 2550 Acland Rd., Kelowna, B.C. It is proposed that the closing of the sale of the two strata units will be completed on Feb. 14, 2025, for an aggregate sale price of $750,000. Proceeds from the sale of the strata units are expected to be released on Feb. 18, 2025. The company intends to use the proceeds from the sale to pay expenses of the transactions: real estate commissions ($20,868.75), mortgage payouts ($280,143.10), property taxes ($23,840.73) and real estate fees ($2,961.88). The balance of the funds ($422,185.54) will be used by the company to pay accounting fees, existing accounts payable and to provide working capital.

The sale price was determined by market price and negotiation with the arm's-length buyer. The buyer was not a related person.
