            THC Purchases Two Additional Strata Lots in its Current Kelowna Location

  Vancouver, B.C.   (June 12, 2018) THC BioMed Intl Ltd. ("THC" or the "Company")
  (CSE:THC) announces that it has purchased two additional strata lots in the industrial complex
  in Kelowna it currently occupies. The two lots will be used for production purposes. THC is
  purchasing these properties as part of its expansion plan due to high demand for its products.

  In light of the recent Senate passing of Bill C-45, THC continues to work vigorously towards
  securing supply agreements with various provincial governments.

  The purchase price is $650,000, plus fees and taxes, for a total of $666,805. THC is purchasing
  the two strata lots for cash and will not require a mortgage.
