TGS ESPORTS INC. TERMINATES ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH MIDNIGHT GAMING CORPORATION

The previously announced asset purchase agreement dated Feb. 27, 2025, between TGS Esports Inc. and Midnight Gaming Corp. has terminated in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Both parties have expressed appreciation for the collaborative efforts during the negotiation period and wish each other continued success in future endeavours.
