The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Timbercreek Financial Corp. will list additional shares. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated March 12, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated March 5, 2024, Timbercreek is issuing up to $90-million of shares to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX or any other existing trading markets in Canada during the period starting on March 12, 2024, and ending upon termination of the equity distribution agreement dated March 12, 2024. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
