TIMBERCREEK FINANCIAL ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Timbercreek Financial Corp. shareholders have the voting results for the election of its board of directors, which took place at the company's annual meeting of shareholders held on May 15, 2023. The nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 29, 2023, were elected as directors of the company and detailed results of the votes cast by proxy are set out in the attached table.

At the annual meeting, KPMG LLP was reappointed as the company's auditor to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the company and the directors were authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration.
