CEO OF TEVANO SYSTEMS HOLDINGS CLAIMS WRONGFUL DISMISSAL

Vancouver, BC, April 28th, 2026 - Tevano Systems Holdings Inc. (CSE: TEVO)

Stephen Brown, in connection with the termination of employment as Chief Executive Officer of Tevano Systems Holdings Inc, per the press release issued by the Company on April 28, 2026.

Brown has noticed the TEVO Board that both the termination itself and the way it has been publicly disclosed constitute serious legal breaches and misrepresentation.

Brown states during his tenure, "I took immediate and effective steps to remedy these deficiencies, including ensuring the timely filing of all outstanding and ongoing Form 7 reports and annual reports. Despite this, the Board failed to maintain any meaningful communication and or assistance with me, including with respect to corporate governance matters, strategic direction, or any alleged concerns regarding my performance. Therefore, abandoning the company".

Brown also states, "that the way the removal has been communicated to the market is not only prejudicial to him personally and professionally, but is also damaging to the Company, its shareholders, and its credibility in the capital markets, therefore it will leave me no alternative but to pursue all available legal remedies".
