Resignation of CTO.docx' Tevano Systems Holdings Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Technology Officer Vancouver, BC, July 26, 2023 - Tevano Systems Holdings Inc. (CSE: TEVO, FRA: 7RB, OTC Pink: TEVNF) ("Tevano", or the "Company"), announces the resignation of Mohammed Al-Mofty as Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") of the Company and as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Aqua-Eo Ltd. ("Aqua-Eo"). Mr. Al-Mofty had been appointed CTO of the Company in connection with the acquisition of Aqua-Eo by the Company. In addition, the Company has received the resignation of Robin Ray as President and CEO of Aqua-Eo. Both resignations were received last week and are effective immediately. Management of the Company has been actively engaged in identifying and evaluating alternatives with respect to the appointment of a new or temporary CTO and expects to make an announcement shortly. In the interim, management of the Company will take over the roles vacated by Messrs. Al-Mofty and Ray.
