TEVANO SYSTEMS HOLDINGS INC. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mohammed Al-Mofty has resigned as chief technology officer of Tevano Systems Holdings Inc. and as vice-president of engineering and director of Aqua-Eo Ltd. Mr. Al-Mofty had been appointed CTO of the company in connection with the acquisition of Aqua-Eo by the company. In addition, the company has received the resignation of Robin Ray as president and chief executive officer of Aqua-Eo. Both resignations were received last week and are effective immediately.

Management of the company has been actively engaged in identifying and evaluating alternatives with respect to the appointment of a new or temporary CTO, and expects to make an announcement shortly. In the interim, management of the company will take over the roles vacated by Mr. Al-Mofty and Mr. Ray.
