TEMBO GOLD PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Tembo Gold Corp. has provided an update to its news release dated Aug. 10, 2023, regarding the acquisition of the Imwelo gold project in Tanzania, and the $11.52-million financing with Taifa Group.

The company continues to work to obtain the required regulatory approvals in Tanzania to complete the acquisition of the Imwelo property. The company continues to work to close the first tranche of the equity private placement and initial financing has been received.
