TELYRX COMMENCES TRADING ON THE OTCQX MARKET IN THE UNITED STATES

Telyrx Holdings Inc. will commence trading on the OTCQX Best Market, the premier tier of the OTC Markets Group in the United States, under the symbol TELYF. Telyrx's subordinate voting shares will also continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TELY.
