TELESCOPE ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANTS

Telescope Innovations Corp. has granted a total of 357,550 incentive stock options to certain employees and consultants of the company in accordance with the company's incentive stock option plan.

The options vest immediately and are exercisable to acquire common shares of the company at a price of 20 cents until Nov. 1, 2028.
