Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV: TBRD, OTCQX: THBRF) (“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) today announced a leadership transition in its legal function. Lori Massini, who has served as the Company’s General Counsel, and board of directors (“Board”) secretary since April 9, 2024, has made the decision to leave the Company to pursue another career opportunity. Ms. Massini will remain with the Company until October 17, 2025. To ensure a comprehensive transition Sara Lazer, from Inter Alia Law, will be taking on a fractional general counsel role at Thunderbird, effective immediately.

Ms. Lazer is a highly experienced media and entertainment lawyer with more than 15 years in the industry, including senior leadership roles. She has worked at WildBrain, Astral Media, and Bell Media. She brings extensive expertise in negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements across film, television, and digital media.
