TAIGA ANNOUNCES AGM VOTING OUTCOMES

Seven directors were re-elected at Taiga Building Products Ltd.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2026.

In addition, at the meeting, shareholders approved the appointment of MNP LLP, chartered accountants, as the auditor of the company for the ensuing year.

The formal report of voting results with respect to all matters voted upon at the meeting was filed on SEDAR+ on May 8, 2026.
