TRUSTBIX INC. PROVIDES UPDATES ON TRANSITION OF SUPPORT SERVICES

Trustbix Inc. is providing an update on the assignment and transfer of the Auction Master Pro (AMP) support contracts, held by its wholly owned subsidiary ViewTrak Technologies Inc., to Cristel Baber DBA I.T. Group (the AMP transaction), previously announced on Oct. 10, 2025, and Nov. 7, 2025.

The AMP transaction is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and company is required by Section 3.5 of TSX-V Policy 3.3 to provide regular updates on its progress.

The AMP transaction has been submitted to the TSX-V for review, and the company is working to respond to comments from the TSX-V in order to obtain conditional acceptance.
