TRUSTBIX INC. ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE INTERNATIONAL TERRITORY RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH AGRIPLAY

Trustbix Inc. has signed an exclusive international territory reseller agreement, effective March 19, 2024, between Alberta Food Security Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Trustbix, and AgriPlay Ventures Inc. The agreement allows AFS to resell exclusive territorial licences for AgriPlay's indoor farming technology to territory managers globally. The agreement has a duration of 10 years and is subject to certain performance conditions.
