The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Dec. 18, 2023, and Jan. 24, 2024.

Number of shares:  6.5 million common shares

Purchase price:  one cent per common share

Number of placees:  four placees

The company issued a news release on Feb. 1, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
