TRUSTBIX INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Trustbix Inc., further to the company's news releases dated Dec. 18, 2023, and Jan. 24, 2024, has closed on its non-brokered private placement. Pursuant to the private placement, the company issued 6.5 million common shares at a price of one cent per common share for gross proceeds of $65,000.

Trustbix conducted the private placement under various prospectus exemptions in accordance with National Instrument 45-106, Prospectus Exemptions.

The securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from the time of closing of the private placement. No finder's fee or other compensation was paid in connection with the private placement.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the private placement for general working capital and growing the business.
