The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the share purchase agreement dated Aug. 31, 2023, between Trustbix Inc. and arm's-length vendors, pursuant to which the company acquired 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Alberta Food Security Inc. for consideration of 25 million common shares of the company.
