Vancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / March 2, 2015 - True Zone Resources Inc., (CSE:TAZ) (the "Company'') announces that further to the news release dated January 16, 2015, the plan of arrangement between the Company, its five wholly owned subsidiaries Patch Industries Ltd., Frond Resources Ltd., Oak Cliff Resources Ltd., Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd., Elm Resources Ltd., and the shareholders of the Company (the "Arrangement Agreement" ) was amended on February 18, 2015 to allow for separate effective dates of each separate company under the plan of arrangement. The Company obtained approval of the amended Arrangement Agreement from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on February 24, 2015.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the spinout of Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd. ("Moshi") today under the Company's amended plan of arrangement. The Company further announces that further to reorganization plan as approved by its shareholders at the 2015 ASGM, Moshi and Moshing Capital Inc. amalgamated today under the continuing name of Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd.
