TABLAS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME AND TRADING SYMBOL

Vancouver, BC, Canada, February 20, 2026 - Tablas Ventures Corp. (TSXV: TAB.H) ("Tablas" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") approval, the Company will be changing its name from Tablas Ventures Corp. to MML Acquisition Corp. (the "Name Change"). In connection with the Name Change, subject to TSXV approval, the Company also intends to change its trading symbol from TAB.H, to MML.H.

The effective date of the Name Change, and confirmation of the new trading symbol will be announced once TSXV approval has been received.
