TABLAS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME AND TRADING SYMBOL

Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Tablas Ventures Corp. will be changing its name from Tablas Ventures Corp. to MML Acquisition Corp. In connection with the name change, subject to TSX-V approval, the company also intends to change its trading symbol from TAB.H to MML.H.

The effective date of the name change, and confirmation of the new trading symbol will be announced once TSX-V approval has been received.
