TAAT(TM) GLOBAL ALTERNATIVES INC. CLOSES CONSULTING AGREEMENT

TAAT Global Alternatives Inc., pursuant to the news release dated June 22, 2023, has issued an aggregate of 610,810 common shares at a price of 18.5 cents per share, as payment for a consulting agreement dated June 15, 2023, with an arm's-length party, to provide certain business liaison and strategic opportunity advisory services to the company. One-sixth of the shares will be released to the consultant each month over the first six months of the agreement.

Subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and in accordance with National Instrument 45-106, Prospectus and Registration Exemptions, the shares were issued pursuant to Section 2.24 of National Instrument 45-106 and were not be subject to statutory hold period.
