PRESS RELEASE FOR EARLY WARNING REPORT FILED PURSUANT TO NI 62-103

OneMove Capital Ltd. acquired ownership and control over 998,963 common shares of Sylogist Ltd. on March 24, 2026, pursuant to purchases made through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of $3.7987 per common share for an aggregate purchase price of $3,794,760.75.

Prior to the completion of the acquisition, OneMove owned and exercised control over 2,505,100 common shares. The common shares owned and controlled by OneMove immediately prior to the acquisition represented an aggregate of approximately 10.71 per cent of the then outstanding common shares.

Immediately following the completion of the acquisition, OneMove owns and exercises control over 3,504,063 common shares. The common shares owned and controlled by OneMove immediately following the acquisition represent an aggregate of approximately 14.98 per cent of the outstanding common shares, resulting in an increased ownership of approximately 4.27 per cent of the outstanding common shares.

The acquisition was undertaken by OneMove for investment purposes. OneMove intends to review its investment on a continuing basis. Depending on various factors, OneMove may in the future purchase or sell securities or engage in other activities relating to the company. OneMove has requisitioned the calling of a meeting of the shareholders of the company for the purposes of replacing certain directors. The company has announced that it will hold the requisitioned meeting on May 12, 2026.
