Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 29, 2024, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  3.2 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 23, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 23, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  seven cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 3.2 million common shares with 3.2 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 29, 2024.
