EARLY WARNING NEWS RELEASE FOR DAVID WEBB, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF SIXTY NORTH GOLD MINING LTD.

Further to disclosure requirements of applicable Canadian securities laws, David Webb, president and chief executive officer and a director of Sixty North Gold Mining Ltd., has acquired 40,000 shares of the company on the Canadian Securities Exchange at a price of 14.5 cents per share.

When combined with his previous holdings, Mr. Webb now owns or controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 16,117,788 common shares of the company, along with warrants and stock options to acquire a further 2.61 million shares. Assuming the exercise of all his warrants and stock options, his total shareholdings would equal 18,727,788 shares of the company, or 23.16 per cent of the total issued shares of the company on a partially diluted basis. This represents a decrease of 6.3 per cent since the date of filing of his last early warning report on Nov. 10, 2025.

Mr. Webb holds the above-noted securities for investment purposes. Depending upon market conditions and other factors, Mr. Webb may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the company on the open market or through private acquisitions, sell some or all of his existing shareholdings in the company in accordance with applicable securities laws, or continue to hold his current position.
