Vancouver, BC, / TheNewswire / July 27, 2018 - SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX-V: SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company") announces that it has closed a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which the Company raised $70,000 through the issuance of 350,000 Units at a price of $0.20 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of three years following closing and includes an acceleration clause that is triggered by a 20 day volume weighted average price great er than $0.55 per share (the "Private Placement").

Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used as general working capital. All securities issued pursuant to this tranche are subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months and one day from closing under applicable securities legislation.
