Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / January 10, 2018 - SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX-V:SVS) ("Solarvest" or the "Company"), wishes to update its shareholders on the results of its Annual General Meeting held on January 10, 2018 in Vancouver, BC. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Management Proxy Circular and as listed below:

i. The number of Directors for the Company was set at four.

ii. The four members elected to the Board of Directors include: Gerri Greenham, Kenneth A. Cawkell, Michael O'Brien and William Cheliak.

iii. ArsenaultBestCameronEllis, Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.

iv. The Company's Stock Option Plan was ratified.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Mark Ledwell for his support over the years spent as a Director of the Company. Mr. Ledwell did not run for re-election to the Board this year.
