The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an amending agreement dated April 13, 2023, to an option agreement made between the company and Candelaria Mining Company, dated Jan. 10, 2017, as amended on Oct. 17, 2018, pursuant to which the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Candelaria silver mine project from SSR Mining Inc.

Under the terms of the amending agreement, the parties have agreed to extend the option end date. In consideration of the amendments, the company will issue 250,000 common shares of the company to SSR Mining Inc.
