SUCRO TO HOST FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2025 CONFERENCE CALL

Sucro Ltd. will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2025 results on Thursday, April 16, 2026, before the opening of markets.

The company will also host a conference call on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time during which Jonathan Taylor, founder and chief executive officer, and Stefano D'Aniello, chief financial officer, will discuss Sucro's financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
