STOCKWORKS GOLD AMENDS DEBT SETTLEMENTS

Vancouver, British Columbia - (October 13, 2026) - Stockworks Gold Inc. (TSXV: STW; OTCQB: ROVMF; FSE: 4XO1) ("Stockworks" or the "Company") announces that further to its September 8, 2026 news release, the Company has amended the amount of debt to be settled from $335,071 to $120,071.54. Subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), the Company will now settle $120,071.54 of debt by issuing 1,200,715 $0.10 units ("Units").

Each Unit consists of 1 common share of the Company and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 for the first 12 months from the date of issue, and at $0.20 for the second 12 months from the date of issue, for a total exercise period of 24 months (2 years).

All securities issued pursuant to this debt settlement will be subject to a 4-month statutory hold period, with 728,215 of the Units being subject to a voluntary 12-month restrictive legend.

This transaction remains subject to Exchange approval.
