STALLION URANIUM ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION

Further to Stallion Uranium Corp.'s news release dated Feb. 18, 2025, the company has confirmed the effective date for the consolidation of one postconsolidation share for every five preconsolidation shares.

Effective at the opening on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, the shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The name and stock symbol of the company shall remain the same.

Postconsolidation capitalization:  unlimited common shares with no par value of which approximately 30,325,737 common shares are issued and outstanding

Transfer agent:  Endeavor Trust Corp.
