The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a subscription agreement dated Dec. 7, 2023, between the company and Cenovus Environmental Opportunity Fund Ltd., whereby the company sold a 54.1-per-cent interest in Green Star Royalties Ltd.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company has agreed to sell part of the subsidiary in exchange for a $21,201,930 cash payment.
