Vancouver, British Columbia - Santa Rosa Resources Corp. (TSX Venture: STR.H) (the "Company") announced today that it 
--->is increasing the non-brokered private placement it announced on November 10, 2014 to 909,091 units (the "Units") at $
--->0.055 per Unit for gross proceeds of $50,000 (the "Offering").  Each Unit will consist of one Share and one common sha
--->re purchase warrant (a "Warrant") exercisable at $0.07 per share for one year from issue of the Units.  Proceeds of th
--->e Offering will be used for general working capital.
The Offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
