The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, March 19, edition that Ventum Capital Markets analyst Rob Goff has commenced coverage on Stack Capital Group with a "buy" recommendation and a $23 share target. The Globe's Darcy Keith writes in the Eye On Equities column that analysts on average target the shares at $22.25. Mr. Goff says Stack Capital offers a unique, focused opportunity to invest in premier late-stage private technology companies well-positioned to benefit from value creation driven by artificial intelligence and military advancements. He points out that Stack's largest holding, SpaceX, is expected to go public in 2026, with an estimated valuation between $1.5-trillion and $1.75-trillion. This would imply a share price of $8.15 to $9.51, compared with the current valuation of $4.35 included in the fourth quarter 2025 net asset value of $15.35. Mr. Goff says in a note: "We are bullish on the portfolio mix, with AI infrastructure at 20 per cent of NAV and Robotics/Defense at 39 per cent, complemented by PSI Quantum (0.6 per cent) and X-Energy (3.62 per cent) for additional AI and defence leverage." Mr. Goff adds that Stack Capital is "catalyst rich."
