The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Old Town Gelato LLC, which is controlled by Norman A. Worthington III, has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 785,940 common shares of Sangoma Technologies Corp., starting Nov. 13, 2023. According to the TSX, Mr. Worthington III currently holds 7,186,602 shares directly or indirectly (including the shares owned by Star2Star Holdings LLC, which is controlled by Old Town).
