SANATANA ANNOUNCES MARKET MAKING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INDEPENDENT TRADING GROUP

Sanatana Resources Inc. has entered into a market-making services agreement with Independent Trading Group (ITG) Inc., effective Aug. 1, 2025. Under the agreement, ITG will provide market-making services to the company in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The services will include trading shares of the company on the TSX-V with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the company's shares.

The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will automatically renew for subsequent periods of one month after the initial term. The agreement may be terminated if either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days prior to the end of the initial term or additional term. As consideration for the services, the company will pay ITG a cash fee of $5,000 (plus all applicable taxes), payable on the first business day of every month for the duration of the agreement.

There are no performance obligations contained in the agreement, and ITG will not receive common shares, stock options or any other form of equity in the company as compensation. ITG and the company are arm's-length, unrelated and unaffiliated entities, and at the time of the agreement, neither ITG nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company.
