The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 14, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 14, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  38 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 19,047,620 subscription receipts, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 4, 2020. These 19,047,620 subscription receipts were subsequently converted into 19,047,620 shares, with 9,523,810 share purchase warrants attached.
