The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  nine million

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 16, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  June 16, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  75 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 18 million shares with nine million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 24, 2021.
