The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Sandstorm Gold Ltd. will list additional common shares on the TSX. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated June 9, 2023, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Sept. 22, 2022, the company is issuing up to $150-million (U.S.) of shares to the public pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX and New York Stock Exchange, or any other existing trading markets in Canada and the United States, during the period commencing June 9, 2023, and ending no later than Oct. 22, 2024. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
