SILVER SPRUCE RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has approved the grant of an aggregate of 2.1 million stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the corporation. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the corporation at a price of 30 cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options were granted under and are subject to the terms and conditions of the corporation's stock option plan.
