The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a property sale and purchase agreement dated March 8, 2024, between the company and an arm's-length party with respect to the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in certain mining claims located near Melchett Lake in Thunder Bay mining division of Ontario.

Consideration:  $1,100 cash and 350,000 common shares
