SPECTRA PRODUCTS INC. ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF NON-BINDING LETTER OF INTENT

Spectra Products Inc. has terminated its previously announced non-binding letter of intent with Flexible Inc. dated July 29, 2026, regarding a proposed reverse takeover. No definitive agreement for the proposed transaction was entered into between the company and Flexible. Spectra remains focused on its business operations and it will continue to evaluate opportunities with Flexible that it believes may advance the interests of the company and its shareholders.

In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company will request resumption of trading of its common shares.
